Why do we value rationality above intuition? Why do we trust the mind and mistrust the body? Why do we emphasize masculine qualities and neglect the feminine ones? Why are we not living and leading from the alignment between head, heart, and body?

We are all fed up with femininity being negatively overexposed in the mainstream media, dominated by a culture of sexualization of the female body.

Anchored deep inside each one of us is a strong primal force, a "Feminine Capital," which is being acknowledged less and less. To correct this total disbalance, we need to show the real story. It all comes down to activating the elements of the feminine which will result in more FeMale empowerment and leadership.

Isn't it about time women and men step proudly into the arena of power as authentic leaders who wish to participate in innovating, changing, and co-leading the world together?
