In order to develop significantly different perspectives on this theme, we have designed this session for men or those who identify as a man. Through stories, personal examples, metaphors, and systemic constellation work, we will dig deeper into how our backgrounds and surroundings have helped shape our life journeys. We will explore how we unconsciously translate this for the good, the bad, and the ugly. We will be exploring different themes in pairs, small groups, and plenary.

  • Learning outcomes: At the end of this session, you will have experienced how conditioning in your world has been a part of shaping you and how more awareness around this gives you more space and alternatives in making life decisions. This will include embracing and inviting elements of your personality that might have been in your blind spot.
