Using the Beyond the Line format developed at Stanford, we will discover that we can not only survive but even enjoy a collective exploration of differences, as a means to increase understanding of ourselves and others. This is a key foundation for the type of whole human inclusive leadership in demand today. Meta-tips will be given at the end for how to bring elements of this format back to use with teams.
