Recovering Our Capacity to Lead When We Get Overwhelmed
The Parent Adult Child approach in Transactional Analysis gives a clear insight into how you show up in leadership. All parts in TA egostates come with different needs, energies, rules, and emotions. Most of us are by default stuck in one or two of them. And very often, they are not the most creative and empowered mindsets. Still, we get trapped or try to fight the conflicting emotions we feel when we get overwhelmed. How can we be centered, know what’s happening inside of us, and move creatively into action?

Appetite for Disruption: Investing in the Future of Food Production
On average, humans slaughter over 70 billion animals for food every year. That’s 130,000 animals every minute. This scale is only possible because we’ve transformed animal agriculture to an industrialized machine of livestock production. It’s one that has created a $1.5 trillion industry, serving as the backbone for the rise of Big Food. But increasingly, it’s a system that is under scrutiny for the scale of its impact on people and the planet. These concerns are driving consumers to seek substitutes for the meat and dairy they love and inspiring innovators to meet this market demand through disruption: replicating the taste, texture, and flavour of animal products with better resource efficiency and without the actual animal. These trends are disrupting and transforming the entire food value chain.

A Rewilding Journey Beyond Female Conditioning
In every-day life, and through gender conditioning, we all get caught up, even “caged” within a certain model of our psyche that is limiting our instinctual, wild nature. Going from what we call our “ domesticated self¨  to a ¨wilder” and more expansive way of being is a process of tapping into a source of powerful potential that will transform your personal and organizational leadership.

Beyond Attachment Style, discovering emotional needs in business (and personal) relationships
What if you did it with love?

In this session we are going to explore business (or, your professional life) through the lens of love.

I propose that your professional relationships are the same as your love relationships. We will explore what this means for you in terms of attachment, emotional needs and relationship fulfilment.

We also explore who (within you) are doing the business. I propose that we are doing business for love, but what happens when we do it with love? Which different parts of you take charge in business? Why? What happens when they step down?

Finally, if we can, I’d like to get to a place of love, the core of our humanity. What does business look like from there? What does this mean for organisations? Communities? Sustainability? The universe?

A Shamanic Journey Towards Soulful Leadership
In this session, we will listen deeply to the soft whispers of our souls, our ancestors, and the cycle of life that flows through us – three sources that invisibly affect our leadership. Leaving behind who we are and the stories we made about ourselves, we will connect to a wider field of consciousness. We will step out of linear time to connect with our ancestors to bring peace in their lineage and in our lives. In a ritual, we step into the wheel of four directions and pay tribute to where we are in the cycle of our lives. We explore what we need to let go of and what needs to happen in the next step of our life and leadership.

FeMale Leadership Between King Kongs & Queen Bees!
Why do we value rationality above intuition? Why do we trust the mind and mistrust the body? Why do we emphasize masculine qualities and neglect the feminine ones? Why are we not living and leading from the alignment between head, heart, and body?

We are all fed up with femininity being negatively overexposed in the mainstream media, dominated by a culture of sexualization of the female body.

Anchored deep inside each one of us is a strong primal force, a "Feminine Capital," which is being acknowledged less and less. To correct this total disbalance, we need to show the real story. It all comes down to activating the elements of the feminine which will result in more FeMale empowerment and leadership.

Isn't it about time women and men step proudly into the arena of power as authentic leaders who wish to participate in innovating, changing, and co-leading the world together?

Leading from Presence in Times of Complexity
Have you noticed the pace of the world is accelerating? In these times of increasing complexity, polarization, and constant disruption, we are being invited to develop one capacity above all else: presence. We could see presence as a meta-competency that can support many aspects of our life and leadership.

As we develop our ability to be present, states of creativity and resilience become increasingly available and we can respond skillfully.

In this workshop, through a series of practices, we will explore what presence is and how we can develop it, even as we move into everyday experiences like interacting with others.
